SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship our wines within select states in the U.S. where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. All orders are processed and shipped from our San Antonio winery, and we do our best to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates


Texas, outside the San Antonio Area

1–2 Bottles: $20.00
3+ Bottles: $16.00


Within the San Antonio Area

1–2 Bottles: $20.00
3+ Bottles: FREE

Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.


We ship Monday through Wednesday to help ensure your wine doesn’t sit in transit over the weekend.


Adult Signature Required


An adult (21+) must be present to receive and sign for all wine deliveries. This is a legal requirement for alcohol shipments — no exceptions.

Weather Holds


Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. To protect the quality of your order, we may delay shipping during severe weather and notify you of the revised ship date.

Shipping Restrictions


We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol shipments. If your state prohibits direct-to-consumer wine shipping, we cannot fulfill your order.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged Shipments


If your wine arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise compromised, email us at info@whisperpathcellars.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit (where permitted).

Incorrect Orders


If you received the wrong wine, reach out to us promptly so we can correct the mistake.
